The staff here are fantastic, and the breakfast options at the restaurant are diverse and plentiful.

The hotel is an excellent base for a trip in Mayrhofen. The a double room is spacious and has a safe, multi-channel TV and a mini fridge bar. Every staff member is very amiable and super-friendly and strives to meet your needs. The location of the venue is exceptional, facing mountain. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like Des-iss, located within 5 minutes walk or so. Want to say thanks for such great stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was so convenient, with a ski bus right there to take me to the slopes. The service from the staff was outstanding, and they made sure my room was always clean and comfortable. I loved the variety of amenities available, like the free shuttle service and the welcome drink upon arrival. The spa and wellness center was a dream, with a stunning rooftop pool and sun terrace. I felt truly pampered with the massage and beauty treatments offered. the luxury and comfort provided at this venue were top-notch.

The hotel's location was very convenient for transportation, as I used the ski bus which stopped right near the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the facilities were top-notch. Moreover, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

This place is very conveniently located near the ski bus station, making it easy for us to travel around. the room was spacious with a stunning view of the mountains. the bathroom was clean and well equipped with modern amenities. the service from the staff was exceptional, they were helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a custom-made omelette station. the rooftop pool was a superb facility with a breathtaking view.

The dinner at the rooftop restaurant was not up to our expectations.

The food was nice and served promptly and we loved the scenic view from the rooftop pool. the room was spacious and had an amazing view, especially the shower. the staff were very polite and helpful.

The dinner on the rooftop restaurant was not up to par as compared to the dinner we had in the lobby restaurant the next day which was amazing. the hotel, though located in an attractive setting, was a bit far from the town center.

The hotel had a nice design and the rooms were spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. , the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options and there was a nice buffet in the afternoon as well.

The location was not ideal for a city trip as it was quite far from the city center. the dinner at the rooftop restaurant was mediocre and not worth the price.
